TRACY LONG - PIANO LESSONS - POLICIES

Welcome to Tracy Long Piano Lessons!    For an enjoyable and successful experience, please review the following policies.

REGISTRATION AND FEES

A completed  enrollment  form is needed with one month of payment in advance  prior to lessons starting.           Payment     can be e-transfer, cheque or cash.

LESSON SCHEDULING

 I     teach September to  June with the school year     with the option of  taking summer lessons.         New students    welcome if  my schedule permits.         A meet and greet for a new student s  is always set up prior to lessons  commencing to ensure that it  is a good fit for the student and for myself.

MISSED LESSONS

  If you are sick  or an emergency arises,    please contact me a soon as you  are able and if my schedule permits, I will  accommodate with a make-up lesson.  There is no reimbursement for missed lessons.    There are a maximum of 3 makeup lessons per year.       If  I  get ill,  I will contact as soon as possible and either provide a make-up lesson or give a  reimbursement.

WITHDRAWALS

One month  notice   is required for discontinuing lessons.
